All manuscripts must be in English, in MS Word format, tables and figures should be included in a single Microsoft Word file, preferably in Arial font and should be submitted via e-mail attachment or our online submission system. http://heraldjournals.org/manuscript.aspx To avoid unnecessary errors author(s) are strongly advised to use the "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions of your word processor.

Regular articles in basic and applied research, experimental or theoretical research papers, case studies and critical reviews, surveys, opinions, commentaries and essays are accepted for consideration on the understanding that they are original, previously unpublished research results either in whole or in part elsewhere. The main criteria for acceptance of articles will be on novelty, importance, originality, clarity, contribution to knowledge and relevance to the journal's scope and content. A standard research article published in HJGRP consists of six pages but no page limit is set. Colour figures and pictures are accepted providing that they are of good quality.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that articles for publication either emanating from a particular institution or from group of author(s) are approved by the institution and co- authors prior to submission. Only an acknowledgment from the editorial office officially establishes the date of receipt of manuscript. Subsequent correspondence and proofs will be sent to the corresponding author(s) prior publication unless otherwise indicated. A manuscript is assigned a reference number which will be mailed to the corresponding author within 48 hours.

• Title or name of journal you wish to submit a manuscript to;
• Title of manuscript
• Type of manuscript (Full research article, review, case study etc)
• A cover letter with names, email addresses and affiliations of three possible reviewers as well as a declaration that the prospective manuscript is original and has not been published before nor is it under consideration for publication by another publisher.
